You will find the line 2 underlined words on the upper left of the index card, just underneath line 1.

Example #3: Notice that I purposefully didn't circle the first "." from the ellipses "...", even though the original typist put an underscore under the first dot. That was a typing error, because there is no reason to underline just one dot from an ellipses, either the whole ellipses should be underlined or not.
