Identifying Subjects and Subheadings

The Subject and Subheading are on the upper right of the Index Card. I've found it necessary to include 8 examples for you.
A good general rule is that the Subject is the first part, and that the Subheading always starts with either a slash "/" or a colon ":". If there is no slash or colon, then the entire thing is the Subject, and there is no Subheading.
In the below examples, I circled the subject in green, and the subheading in red.

Example #3: The typist ran out of room on this card, so the subheading overflowed.
