The Baha'i-Bible Index is currently in the possession of The Foundation for the Investigation of Reality, and it has been computerized. It is in Microsoft Excel format, but needs a lot of editing work, and at least one volunteer to assist in updating references, and spell-checking.
Once that is done, then it needs to be made more complete, and converted into a stand-alone database program, independent of Microsoft Excel.
